Included wedding services
An initial meeting to discuss the big day and get to know my clients to create a client profile.
I provide my three master documents:
Budget Allocation ( I provide suggestions on how to allocate the budget amongst the various vendors)
Wedding Planning Timeline based on a 12 month workflow or less.
Design Proposal ( this offers a preview with inspiration photos of the design, it becomes the point of reference for all design related to the wedding).
Design
I/we design every aspect of the wedding based on what you want for your big day. This includes all spaces: ceremony, cocktail, and reception*.
Coordinating all design*, flowers***, rentals, sweet table ( rentals are provided by my preferred vendors).
Shopping for all the rental. If possible, we provide a mock up at the showroom, so you can see the table design. Mock up of flowers is optional and an additional cost.
Floor Plan and venue walk through is included to discuss the layout, if needed a second visit is possible
Delivery and setup arrangements with vendors and venue

*Re-designs will be charged an additional fee of $300.
**Stationery and invitations: I recommend graphic artists to create the invitation, and I coordinate the design. Clients are responsible for the content as well as managing the guest list and providing names and address clearly indicated on an excel sheet. I encourage clients to create a website to help with communication. Websites must be completed by clients.
*** We offer a floral design service. You can choose to have your wedding flowers done by us or by another florist. Please note that florals are on a separate invoice and are an additional cost to the planning.
Administration
Budget management & contract revision
I book all the vendors and provide quotes, I do up to three per category.
Ongoing communication throughout the planning process.
Menu management and tasting - Bar management. I calculate quantities of alcohol per person and propose recommended amounts.
Tasks leading up to the wedding day and the day of (this usually happens about 2 months before the wedding)
Wedding Guide Document: the instruction manual to your wedding, which is composed of:
Master schedule of the day and individual schedules for each vendor (with start and end times for each vendor)
Contact list with all the vendors involved in the big day
Design components and table mise en place
Other services include:
Distribution of payments to vendors on the day of if needed. ( I recommend e-transfers as much as possible)
Ceremony rehearsal if any
Set up and overseeing the entire event.
All day set up and tear down ( early morning start to- 12:00 am) all your personal belongings are put away in safe place ready to take home (e.g. gifts, personal decor, left over cake, etc.) The rental company arrives after 3 am or the next day to take away all the rentals. At this point we expect that all the major events surrounding the wedding are over and that guests are drinking and dancing the night away. If additional cleaning is required, the team can come back the next morning.
Pricing
Starting at $6 900 + tax ( + flowers if applicable).
This is includes 2 wedding planners on the day of your wedding + flower team if applicable Wedding budgets over $75 000 begin at $7 900 + tax + flowers if applicable.
Exclusions:
Rehearsal dinner, next day brunch, bridal shower etc (offered at an additional cost)
Cocktails and bites before the wedding (people like to have something to offer while the bridal party is getting ready)
Seating arrangements and seat assignments (must provide pictogram if you are assigning a spot for each person, I will provide the programme to use for this).

Website creation and content
Styling for wedding attire (offered at an additional cost)
