The Design It Package

General overview of vendors to hire:

• Rentals for decor and catering if needed

• Wedding cake and/ or sweet table

• Invitations and other stationery (we only coordinate the design, the content has to be provided by the client)

• Flowers ( can be done by Events By Cece or another florist)

• Wedding favours (if any)

Included wedding services

• An initial meeting to discuss the big day and get to know my clients to create a client profile.

• Design

  • I/we design every aspect of the wedding based on what you want for your big day. This includes all spaces: ceremony, cocktail, and reception*.

  • Coordinating all design*, stationery **, flowers***, rentals, sweet table ( rentals are provided by my preferred vendors).

  • Shopping for all the rental. If possible, we provide a mock up at the showroom, so you can see the table design. Mock up of flowers is optional and an additional cost.

  • Floor Plan and venue walk through is included to discuss the layout, if needed a second visit is possible

  • Delivery and setup arrangements with vendors and venue

  • 2 month workflow

  • We set up during the day and leave before the event starts, if clean up is required, we can back the next business day. Sunday clean ups or overnight ones will incur additional fees.

    Notes

    *Re-designs will be charged an additional fee of $300.

    **Stationery and invitations: I recommend graphic artists to create the invitation, and I coordinate the design. Clients are responsible for the content as well as managing the guest list and providing names and address clearly indicated on an excel sheet. I encourage clients to create a website to help with communication. Websites must be completed by clients. 

    *** We offer a floral design service. You can choose to have your wedding flowers done by us or by another florist. Please note that florals are on a separate invoice and are an additional cost to the planning.

Pricing

• Starting at $2 500 + tax  + flowers if applicable.  This is includes 2 wedding planners on the day of your wedding + flower team if applicable.  

• Exclusions:

  • We are not responsible for any DIY projects or anything that you would like to complete yourself rather than hiring a professional. 

Florals

We do floral arrangements, all the designs featured on our website and social media have been created by us. All of our clients enjoy the ease that comes with a one stop shop for all their design and planning needs. We are one of the very few companies that offer this exceptional service!

All flower orders are custom.

Florals are available with all of our packages. Clients with a planning or design packages have priority over those who do not. We only take a select few clients per year who only purchase a floral package.
